Transitional Double-Island Kitchen Build

The kitchen is such a personal space for homeowners, especially for this client who loves to welcome guests into her home. She came to us with a precise vision. After multiple meetings between the contractor, homeowner, and interior designer we nailed down the floor plan and got to work.

The overall design elements pull from traditional and modern styles with its blend of maple cabinetry and white inset cabinets with gold handles. It took us nearly 3 months to find the right stain for her maple cabinets – but that’s the length we’ll go so the final product is exactly what our client wants.

The double-island floorplan offers so much storage and cabinet space that their previous kitchen was lacking. Between the color scheme, the custom storage drawers, and the metal hood with wooden trim, this kitchen is the epitome of custom, one-of-a-kind work.
